I rugged up my daughter yesterday to take her for a wee stroll. I looked down, and realised all I could see was knitting. There is a toddler and a doll in there somewhere. The details:
Hat - mum
Mittens - mum
Jumper - mum
Vest - me
Blanket - me
Dolly's dress - unknown vintage (she's my old doll, so she's probably nearly 30!)
And no, the mittens did not stay on for long.

what Dee said. Beautiful wears
NEVER too much knitting. Never.
Enough is never enough when it comes to knitting - there will come a day (well, hopefully not) where your wee one will have her own opinions about handmade knitting, so get it on her while you can I say. Lovely lovely stuff, I wish my Mum and Gran still knitted for me, and yet it has taken umm a decade or two to come full circle and think that again.
Too cute! That's the cosiest buggy around :)
If Otto would allow it, he would be wearing head-to-toe wool every single day. I say that you're super lucky she'll wear it, and she's super lucky to have such talented knitters in her life!
That must warm your heart, all that homemade goodness :) Also a tip: my mum just sewed a long piece of elastic onto some mittens for my lil girl.... you then thread it through the armholes of her coat etc so that it goes around her back and through her sleeves... that way you don't loose them... it is something my Nana used to do.
Can never have too much knitting!!!
there is no such thing as too much of a good thing! i think it is sooo wonderful! who wants crappy store bought items when you can have special items made especially for you from one amazing mom! you are inspiring!

Eek, there's nothing cuter than a wee kiddo in knitted things! And I bet she was toasty warm.
