However it seems I must learn to love it, at least a little more than I currently do. You see, we've finally relented and turned the peg pit (when she was little it was home to all our pegs) into it's true destiny as a sand pit. A sand pit that is mere metres from my front door. And thus, my house looks like a sand storm has blown through it...on a daily basis.
But she loves it. So I will vacuum on.
PS. My brooch swap partner liked the brooch I sent her! Yay! You can see her here.
PPS. That vest I talked about yesterday is a Milo. You can buy the pattern here, for a very reasonable $5AUD.

Yip that's one of the PITA things about a sandpit but I wouldn't be without ours. Ours is by the house too so sand gets everywhere.

You must have a lot of pegs!! I loved your brooch that you sent.
i love vacuuming and hate doing the dishes.
I hate it too. But yay for sandpits! Ours is away from our door but wet sand sticks and we still get lots inside, but it does keep the little ones busy. So I can live with that. Love all your knitted vests too
I do love the diversion of the sand pit. But I don't love the sand spread. And vacuuming, don't get me started.
